1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the kkfbc website located at https://kkfbc.pro and all associated services, features, and content provided by kkfbc ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform in any way — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. kkfbc reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. • You must not use the Platform if you have previously been self-excluded, had an account closed for fraud, or been prohibited from using the service by kkfbc for any reason.

kkfbc reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the kkfbc Platform, you must create a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• Each individual may hold only one registered account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kkfbc will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• You must notify kkfbc support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. kkfbc accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
• kkfbc reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows signs of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms without prior notice.

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by kkfbc — any balance remaining in a verified, non-suspended account will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method, less any outstanding fees or charges, subject to completion of all required identity verification steps.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

kkfbc is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. The following documents are accepted:

• Government-issued photo identification: National ID card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence showing your full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of address: a utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months confirming your residential address in Bangladesh.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kkfbc are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however kkfbc may apply transaction monitoring thresholds for regulatory compliance purposes.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance instantly in most cases. kkfbc does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification. kkfbc aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and volume of requests at the time.
• kkfbc does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. kkfbc is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
• kkfbc reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return the funds to your account balance if the withdrawal cannot be completed for technical or compliance reasons. You will be notified by email if this occurs.

Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to additional wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

kkfbc offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms published alongside the promotion:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any systematic, professional, or coordinated exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using kkfbc bonuses, or bonus stacking across multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. They may not be claimed more than once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the offer terms. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus-derived winnings may not be withdrawn.

7. Responsible Gaming

kkfbc is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is for entertainment purposes only and is not intended as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. kkfbc provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: you may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.

• Colluding with other players, employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets on the Platform.

• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account to place bets or claim bonuses.

kkfbc employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Where prohibited activity is identified, kkfbc may freeze account balances pending investigation. If an investigation concludes that a violation has occurred, kkfbc may permanently close the account and forfeit all associated balances without compensation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kkfbc Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of kkfbc or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, or otherwise use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from kkfbc.

The kkfbc name, logo, and all related brand identifiers are trademarks of kkfbc. Unauthorised use of these trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, or advertising materials — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkfbc, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — even if kkfbc has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kkfbc does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. kkfbc will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, but temporary outages may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond kkfbc's reasonable control including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, acts of government, or force majeure events.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

kkfbc collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kkfbc uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. kkfbc does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

kkfbc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kkfbc will notify registered players by email to the address on file and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms on a regular basis.
